“On a recent trip to Des Moines, we were fortunate enough to discover ESA Select Suites in Urbandale, IA. General Manager Stephen and Front Desk Attendants Marci and Drea gave us a welcome as warm as the weather outside (which, given the heat index that weekend, is really saying something!), and they were as friendly, kind, and helpful as they could possibly be. “The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a clogged toilet, and by the time I returned to my room after having breakfast, it was fixed. The hotel was very crowded because of the National Senior Games being held here, but the staff kept the breakfast items well supplied. Location was good as well with several eating areas within walking distance. ”
