“Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Could have used an extra pillow. Parking is really my only complaint.”

“Can’t say enough about the dining options on property. The café coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had. The mac & cheese there is to die for. And the daily happy hour at the upscale restaurant was also amazing. Staff was amazing and I certainly will never stay anywhere else in Iowa.”

The whirlpool was amazing! Spacious and just the right temp. Lots of options for dining nearby. Be sure to stop by the bar and enjoy a cocktail with Sherry. ”

“I rarely write reviews for hotels, but for a first time stay, I was quite impressed with the hotel and beauty of both the outside and inside, the friendly staff and the convenience and location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the lobby and bar area are very modern and charming. Highly recommended! ”

“Although they were booked, I didn’t hear anyone else in the hotel. Our room was spacious and we had booked for 6 but only ended up bringing 5. Most hotels don’t have that option and you have to purchase 2 rooms. We usually stay at Airb&b’s but we weren’t going to do anything but sleep because our day was busy. We checked in at 11pm. Fast check in and had breakfast in the morning around 9. ”

“Really nice hotel, our only complaints would be the bed was not very comfortable and not enough coffee in the room. Great location, food establishments close by and a really quiet property. Would stay here again. ”

“Very clean and modern suite room. Free full breakfast and free Mon-Wed cocktail hour with hot food. Rooms were very quiet and blackout shades were excellent. Five minutes walking distance away from downtown dining district and sports locations. Full-sized refrigerator and even had dishwasher, stovetop, cooking implements and dinner setting for four.”
