“New hotel! Very clean, felt very safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. ”

“We've stayed here a few times. Overall, we like the place, especially because they allow pets. My only issue is that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are usually almost empty each time. Just fill them up before the next guests arrive! It's a real hassle to ask the person at the desk if they can have someone come up and fill the bottles in the shower. ”

“The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The desk clerk this AM was appreciative that I told him about a faulty outlet in the room. I would say attention need to be paid to the outside,backside of the building. Pallets and trash on the ground. Lid to dumpster was open. ”

“Room and bathroom was large and bed was comfortable. Didn't like that I was there for 3 days and room was never cleaned. Was told that the new policy is that if you stay longer than one day you have to request maid service. Had to get towels one day and request towels the next which the front desk clerk delivered. Still will stay again.”

“Room and Bedding were clean and fresh. I am always happy w hard flooring vs. Carpets in a room so that was a key bonus for me. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over chemical laden. Breakfast room was clean w a decent selection. Check in and out was good, although I did ask about an early checkout and was told I was able to if needed BUT was not told there was a time constraint on this,.which hindered me getting a full refund for the night we didn'tstay. Still service was good. Hotel was very……

“应该是新开业的酒店，很多问题衔接不上，管理比较混乱，面巾纸没有货、房卡不好用直到离开酒店。餐厅咖啡经常没有……”
