“The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! ”

“We love staying here! The kids always request this place when we visit Des Moines. ”

“In town for a quick 2 day weekend with a friend. Picked the handicapable 2 bed suite. The room was gigantic with plenty of space to lounge and spread our stuff out. Kitchenette looked solid but we didn't cook so can't comment on that. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedroom AC vent provided ample ice cold air for quality sleeping conditions. The only two downsides were that the bedroom did not have overhead lights, only a small table lamp, and the bathroom shower assembly was……

“Everything was good. But Saturday night a couple of adults was hanging out in the lobby. Not noisy at all but we was told that area closed in 10 minutes had no idea lobby’s closed overnight. Other then that it was good but also no housekeeping.”

“There weren’t enough places to hang towels in the bathroom. Only one towel rack behind the toilet. The one on the door had been removed. Needed a couple more spots to dry used towels. ”

“The property was well suited just outside of major traffic, and made for convenient walkable distances. Very solid and clean place. A slight ding comes from the internet throughout the whole building being very poor/non existent. ”

“Clean, new building was perfect for a family reunion. Nice breakfast Selection. It was disappointing that the bar in the lobby was closed Saturday evening. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and restaurant all within walking distance.”

“Property plus rooms have a strange arrangement--not bad just peculiar. Really interesting to find the elevator to the parking garage. Parking at $20.00 per night seems pretty high. Hard to find the front entrance. ”
