“This house was perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures showed. We had an amazing time, and the hosts were helpful and responsive.”

“We had the loveliest time here! After check in we sat and had a drink on our private balcony in the Ledgemere Suites which overlooked the woods as far as we could see. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was spacious and the whirlpool tub was relaxing. We did not want to leave. The bed was very comfortable. ”

We had many issues with our stay starting with not being provided with clear instructions on how to check into the entrance considering this home is located in a gated community; we had to rely on a community member to figure it out. “The house was perfect for our Anniversary celebration and reunion. We used all nine bedrooms, including one for our lone teen. It rained for two days which gave us time for indoor games and lots of room for our toddlers. We brought gates for the stairs to keep them contained, but we could not use them because of the round banisters. Our only problem with this beautiful house. ”

“Open concept home with fully stocked kitchen and a cozy feel. The dining room had large windows with a beautiful view of the snowy woods past the backyard. The home was clean and all the rooms were spacious. There was an outdoor fire pit and an in-ground pool but we were there during the winter time so we didn't use them. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back in the summer time. ”

“We were so excited about staying at Franc and Ivy’s. The home was absolutely beautiful inside with so many small details to make staying there all the more comfortable and at ease. The house is also fully stocked and loaded with entertainment! Boardgames, a sun/meditation/yoga room, video game room with a standing classic arcade game, and more.
