“酒店的設計很美，不可以用單反拍照，但是checkin時才知道，要拍的話，要付1000多元...無奈 房間復古設計，但真的是復古到連電插面也不夠..淋浴設備水壓很弱，而且時冷時熱.. 晚上1點房外保安人員談天房間清晰聽到，早上8時spa在進行清拆工程，超強澡音，睡不了.. 房間蟲子也很多，早上還發現床上有蟲子死屍，身上也有被蟲咬.. 還有房間沒有熱水器，要到餐廳拿... 我在峇里住了4間酒店，這間真的是太差了，酒店職員連看到您也不多理會您，價錢也不值，職員態度也不好”

“第一天晚上用浴缸的時候發現漏水了，整個地下都是濕的，而且沒有熱水供應。我們馬上聯絡了酒店職員，她的反應也很快，馬上安排換房，也升等了。房間設施比較舊，但也住得很舒適，只是燈光比較暗沉點。職員都很友善，自助早餐選擇不算多，但蠻好吃的，其中一天我們去了Beach Club吃早餐，感覺很Relax。晚餐也是在beach club享用，不錯！如果有時間，請務必一定要去酒店的Spa!!!超級推薦，做完有全身放鬆的感覺！”

“The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite.
