“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。”

“Wonderful beds. Great shower. Kitchen was very clean. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the living room and a bag of garbage right outside the front door. Our window faced the freeway which was very noisy. Used earplugs. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for the money. ”

“Adequate for one night stay, heater worked, shower was hot, bed was fine, relatively quiet. TV was weird.”

“Beautiful, comfortable, clean with lots of room. All the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Free Wi-Fi, computers to print your boarding passes, free charging station for EV cars. Indoor pool, full bar and lounge with a real breakfast in the morning, not some continental coffee and roll, stuff. Great staff, so friendly and helpful with everything including breakfast”
