“I was super surprised at this property for the price!! IT IS AMAZING!!! It is within walking distance to almost everything Fredericksburg. This will be my go-to from now on when staying there. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, and we literally walked everywhere. The screened-in porch was a nice touch, and you could hear all the evening festivities from there, but it did not hinder when you tried to go to bed at night. Very clean and well kept.”
