“The house was small and just the size we needed. Check in was at 4 but it was closer to 4:15 by the time we got in. Landscapers were there and left a huge pile of leaves that blocked the entire front of the house. Had to park next door the entire weekend. Part if the reason for choosing this location was the fireplace option since its January and cold at night. There was no firewood available to use as stated in the post. Other than those 2 things the stay was great. Id recommended a few more……

“I had a wonderful stay here,it was so quiet and peaceful on the grounds. I saw deer very often just walking around,it was amazing. The cabin itself was quaint,it fit my family. It was close enough to town without it being overwhelming. The winery had many great options of wine. I got a flight and the guy pouring the wine was very knowledgeable and funny. I wouldn't definitely book here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. So very quiet which is what we were looking for. Gun shots, but it is texas and im sure a hunting season. Didnt bother much, but a surprise. Not handicap accessible. Loved the shared areas. Since its winter, I guess why there wasnt any bags for cornhole and only one horseshoe. I think it will be BEAUTIFUL in the spring and summer. Would like to have known there was an outside grill. And also a microwave. Would love to see that updated. Only a mini fridge but……

“Property was a perfect place for our long weekend over Valentines/Presidents Day weekend. “When I arrived my code on the keypad did not work. I called the number, it was answered by the 2nd ring - they walked me through finding the lockbox as an alternative way to access the property. My 2 adult daughters joined me the 2nd night - it was perfect for all 3 of us to hang out and catch up after a soccer game. While the 100 additional fee seemed a bit excessive for the minimalist approach - I recommend!”

“The cabin was very cozy and rustic! Awesome place to stay if you want to feel like you stepped back in time, but still enjoy some of today's comforts. The outdoor area was great it was too cold to get in the pool but the hot tub was great!!The only negative thing I can say was that I expected to meet the owner or at least the person that was in charge of taking care of the property.
