“We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful apartment. The location was perfect. However, there were a few things that were NOT expected. The patio door handle was broken.There were NO plates, NO coffee cups (there was a coffee maker!), and no dish towels. There were also only 2 glasses. We had to purchase paper plates and coffee cups. I wish there had been blankets for the beds ( which were very comfortable).All in all we had a good stay. ”

“We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay, the apartment is lovely, comfortable and well appointed, but the real magic is the well furnished outdoor area. The view is gorgeous even with a low lake level. We enjoyed the fire pit and peaceful setting. Hosts Kim and George were very helpful and we appreciated being able to include our dogs.”

“We did not get to stay in the apartment studio we had reserved. The hotel did not have a record of our confirmation number. They put us in a two queen size bed room. The room looked clean but the furniture looked pretty beat-up. The beds were comfortable and clean. But it was disappointing to experience the lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel.”
