“The property was great and perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed interacting with the animals and exploring the river bed. The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite.”

“We had a great getaway here. It's a well setup comfortable home. Everything was stocked and had easy communication with owners. The size and depth of the pool was awesome. We had some warm days to cool off with a dip. We enjoyed seeing wildlife; fish in a stock tank, lots of birds, a turkey, and deer.”

“From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!”
