“Loved our stay here! Came for a weekend trip (stayed in Cottage 10) and it was the perfect spot for a getaway in the hill country. We came at night and it is far from the main road (and from downtown Fredericksburg is about 30 min out). We had no problem being a bit further out, as we would just go downtown and to the wineries during the day. I would definitely be careful with deer/wild animals if you are driving at night.
