A PRIVATE YARD! The yard is positioned to where only 1 neighbor is (sort of) able to see into it, and the high quality fence kept us from having to walk our dogs for bathroom breaks. Considering it's in a small neighborhood, we felt quite secluded. Close to the lake, and close to town. Perfect for small……
