“We loved this property and everything it offered. We spent 85% of our time outside enjoying the spacious backyard that was right on the lake, canoeing, and being by the fire. It was the perfect mix of seclusion with a short drive to Rogers…which we absolutely fell in love with all the beautiful trails. ”

“The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though. The mattress in the front bedroom was not very comfortable and my daughter felt it had a “body” impression from previous use. All in all, it’s a very nice place to stay even though it was further out in the country than we realized and……

“We came up for a midweek Arkansas Razorback baseball game and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. The Groves Cottage just did that. A beautiful home in the historic district of Springdale that was both comfortable and very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and completely remodeled house! It was perfect for our two kids (13 & 15) and dog. Everything was well stocked, clean, and had a great layout. There’s only two reasons it doesn’t get perfect: road noise (totally fine if you have a sound machine) and garage access. Otherwise I would rent this or recommend again! Fabulous property manager with great communication. Thank you! ”
