“That was the most horrific room I have ever seen. Hair and stains on the bed. Cigarette burns on the headboard. A crusty mirror mounted on the ceiling. Filthy pillows. I walked out and let the guy at the counter know. He said it was approved by housekeeping. He wouldn’t even refund me my pet fee of $10 that I gave him in cash. I left. DO NOT EVER STAY THERE! ”

“The property appears to have been updated but part of our 1st floor ceiling seems to have water damage and is cracking/coming loose from the ceiling. The check in was smooth. The person on the desk was cordial but not South Carolina friendly, however the hotel was a decent value compared to most others in the area.”

“Stayed here only because all hotels in Florence SC, our intended destination were booked. Checked in after 11PM, didn't even enter in lobby, but passed my ID through to the employee on duty, who, in turn, passed me the keys. Room was clean, and provided a place to sleep for 7 hours before leaving to continue our trip”

“This place was okay for what we needed at the time. We came in town for a funeral. My Dad passed away and because we do many Family coming from out of town we decided to stay here and let the Family stay at the house. The staff was great they had a Continental breakfast but unfortunately I didn’t wake up early enough to get any.. The place was fairly decent . They could use a renovation or upgrade but for the most part the beds were comfortable and the room was large . We had two rooms one King……
