“Check in process was confusing at first but once you figure it out it is really easy. Room could use some minor updates and better cleaning. Hair in a bathroom drawer with a towel that had an unknown black substance on it. Had a 2 in. x 4 in. section of carpet cut out of it. Other than that, great place with a great view of Ocean Blvd if you like people watching. ”

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“Regardless of the weather we were able to enjoy ourselves. It was clean.. quiet... efficient and peaceful. The staff were very friendly..helpful and their were enough staff on hand. Also there were more channels on the TV then other places. The breakfast was great too! I love that there is a restaurant if you didn't want to leave. Love everything! ”
