“My family and I had a good experience at this new home in Memphis. It was very clean and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The location was near to everything we wanted to do. My husband and I are in our 80’s, and getting on to an extremely tall bed was a challenge every night and the lighting in the bathrooms was very poor, making it difficult to see in the mirrors. Our 50 year old children did not have these problems. I would recommend this home for younger people with good……

“Lovely house but could do with a bit of tlc - particularly the top back bedroom (no plug sockets, lightbulb etc). Really central for beale street etc.”

“I was very surprised and happy with how the whole home was decorated. The house was filled with things to cook with. We were so close to the action. So close to all the fun. We stayed for 3 days. The parking spaces were wonderful. My sister has a hard time with walking and she did not have any struggles!!!!”

“It was my 1st time visiting Memphis and my friends and I wanted to do a quick road trip. We had great experience and loved the property. Abigail was extremely helpful. The location was great and a short drive away from Beale Street. I look forward to suggesting the property to others.”

“The home is beautiful the Kitchen, Living Areas, and the Bathrooms were wonderful. The bedrooms are not good for all adults living space but we made it work. First of all when you get there you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the main part of the house (so if you can't do stairs this is not the house for you). The first bedroom across from the kitchen is 1 King bedroom great room with a sofa the second bedroom upstairs was a Daybed with a pull out bed underneath the wood was not……

“We stayed at this property for Rhodes College graduation. Tim was super responsive throughtout the entire process, and we had no issues at all during our stay. The location was so close to Rhodes College and Overton Square which was a huge reason why we chose this property. It was little loud at night but certainly did not interrrupt our sleep or impact our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with all supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms that we needed.
