“This property is located in a good neighborhood and is within walking distance of a large city park. The property was as described with a queen bed in one bedroom, two extended singles in another bedroom, a futon couch in the finished back pouch, and a large couch in the living room. Linoleum tile throughout made keeping dog hair cleanup easier. There is a washer and dryer in the finished porch area. Downside: there was only four mismatched bath towels in the unit, the comforter in the queen……

“I stayed here with my dad. The place was very comfortable and worked great for us. The location is in a nice neiborhood with many things to do not too far away. We enjoyed the back yard and the weather was great for sitting out back and listening to the birds sing. I would recomd this place. ”

“Cute farmhouse that has recently been updated. It was in a good location, (it is on a very busy country road). The host was very responsive to messages and the house was very clean. The host gets 5 stars, however, there were a few things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is, the house says it sleeps 8-10 depending on the site. However, there is only dinner service for 4 and only 4 dining chairs. This was on a previous review and I had hoped it would have been……

“If you are wanting easy access to Memphis activities, this place is great. 10 minutes to most downtown things and 25 to Graceland. The neighborhood was very safe, and we loved having a garage. Probably not great for families with little kids as the steps are steep and the balcony is open to the floor below if people get up or go to sleep at different times. There are also no dressers upstairs so no where to put clothes. ”

“Our Host was amazing as we traveled to celebrate our grand daughter’s sweet 16 she enjoyed the many activities offered up until check out they were still playin putt, putt. The host was very responsive to all our questions and refunded us for propane tank and more for the inconvenience. The pictures truly reflect how the home looks and everyone had a great time. ”
