“Receiptist is not really helpful that to introduce their facilities especially non disclosure they have vehicle to drive customer to beach. But, their lifeguards are very polite and helpful; Hotel is now have renovation, many places have much dust and ash. In conclusion this hotel not worth for the expensive price.”

“Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead.”
