“The house is lovely and very clean in the inside. Me and a group of friends did a couples retreat and it was perfect for that. The only issue was the outside of the property was not prepared, so we could not enjoy the outside of the property. The outside furniture needed some cleaning and the Jacuzzi was not cleaned, it had green stuff in the water. Your surrounded by lots of nice winerys which was a plus. But overall the house was nice, beds were comfortable and they keep it clean. ”

“We loved the property. It was clean and large enough for our needs. The back porch was fantastic and the outdoor fire pit was also a great place to retreat to.”

“Just an overnight stay. On our way back home from northern New York. The place was nice. It is peaceful sitting on the deck. The check in process was a little tedious with various emails and downloads required. The Backstep is a little sketchy. Be careful walking in. Overall the place was nice”

“The house is at a beautiful location. It was quiet and very peaceful. We sat by the fire and listened to the birds and frog's at night. We got to see deer everyday. The last morning i stood on the deck and watched them for about 30 minutes. And the red chair was a big hit. It was very comfortable.”

“We loved staying here. The hot tub was super clean, the property was quiet & lovely. The yard for the dog or fire pit was large & totally fenced in. You can tell the owner is very diligent keeping the fencing intact. The house is clean. There is an igloo which is really cool if the weather is bad & you want to be outside. I was concerned about spiders etc because it really is in the woods, but it was not a problem, in fact all I saw was 1 fly & he probably came with us from GA! You will not be……

“We had a wonderful time at this cute and cozy mountain home. We came up to West Virginia to visit family that lives in the area. It was such a nice respite to come back to every evening and relax. The decor is lovely and so much attention to detail. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We had everything we needed and will come back again. The hosts were clear in communication and gave us many wonderful ideas for places to eat and things to do.”
