“We really liked this place. House is so cute and cozy. Very well stocked and user friendly. She thought of everything! The yard is pretty and peaceful. dock is big and right there close.This hostess was great! Gave a lot of good info and always answered questions quickly. The only bad thing is it’s three bedrooms but both baths are inside bedrooms. Would be better if it had a half bath somewhere.”

“This is a great location and wonderful house which is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. The dock is so nice and I really enjoyed the swing that is there. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and has a beautiful view of the lake. The house is accessible for a walker which was important for my 83 yr old mom. I would highly recommend renting this property.”

“Nice property, great lake access. Only have a couple minor suggestions for owner. Wash clothes in the bathroom would be appreciated and 4:00 pm check in /10:00 am check out needs to be at least 3:00 pm/11:00 am. Would recommend this property.”

“We had a wonderful weekend visit at the tiny house. Fishing from the dock was very peaceful as well as exploring on the kayak. Neighbors across the water did get a little noisy, but were respectful and quieted down after 9:30 pm. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The house and location were perfect!! We were a couple of life long friends that hadn’t had time with just the two of us in over 20 years. We basically just sat in the comfort of the living room and talked for hours. Bedrooms and bathroom worked perfectly for us. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely return for another visit. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was the perfect size for our party of 3. We enjoyed the pool and the landscape every day. Communication with the manager was great and was able to answer questions quickly. My only complaint or suggestion is that the pillows upstairs be replaced and maybe have more pillow options for those that like a softer pillow. That would not keep me from staying there again though because this place is great. ”

“Our stay at the Victorian Cottage was absolutely delightful! The cottage perfectly blends vintage charm with modern comforts — the working antique stove and claw-foot tub made us feel like we stepped back in time, but we still had all the conveniences of home like air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and fast WiFi. “Weekend away. We enjoy food and drink downtown and this location is perfect for walking distance. The local running/bike trail is right there so that was a bonus. ”

“We just loved this place! This historic home is just filled with comfort and charm. And you can't beat the location. Close enough to walk to the square, and just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the covered patio out back with comfortable rocking chairs. We will be back.”

“Great little space as a guest house perched over Lake Grandbury with easy access to water and like a block to historic town square. Ideal for 3-4 people, and owners were very welcoming and hospitable with any questions or needs. Fishing off dock and ambling about downtown with great restaurants/ coffee spots, etc. Great family time.”
