“这个酒店看上去挺有历史感，里面的装修很好，工作人员也十分好早餐，品种不算特别多，但是味道很不错，咖啡很好，这家酒店算是比较好的，但是我住的房间洗手间晚上会有一点点吵，但不至于影响入睡”

“在網上預訂房間時，列明兩個房間，原來其中一個房間是沒有門的，亦沒有註明另一房間是子母床，與職員了解，只建議每天到台前問有沒有空房，並沒有任何能解決的方案，結果，我們只好自己適應環。 我再三檢查網路上的說明，並沒有職員堅持網上已寫得十分清楚的解說。 職員態度一般，沒有盡力去解決及協助 ”

“Das Hotel liegt zentral, direkt gegenüber eines Einkaufszentrums. Die Zimmer sind mit Lärmschutzfenstern ausgestattet, wodurch der Verkehr nicht zu hören ist. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, es gab viel Stauraum im Zimmer und das Bett war genau nach unserem Geschmack, relativ harte Matratze, dadurch fantastisch geschlafen. Zum Frühstück - bis 10.30h (!) - wurde eine große Auswahl an Speisen angeboten (auch vegan). Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne……
