The accommodation is so spacious, well equipped, clean and has a wonderful feel with an amazing wooden bath. Special thanks to Yui who works the front desk and the Cafe. She was wonderful, so friendly, helpful and welcoming to us. It's an amazing place and we would definitely return next time. ”
“All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email.

“This property is very close to Kodai-ji, which was very convenient. Also, the host washed, dried, and folded our laundry (a family of 5) while we were out seeing the sites. This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay. Although it was a bit more expensive than other options, these benefits were well worth the additional cost.”

The room was very upmarket and comfortable. The waterfall shower feature was incredible and there was a water station on every level if you wanted hot/cold water to drink.

"This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. It is situated in the center of shopping/ dining district, you are basically within everything after stepping out of the hotel lift. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, venue was clean, spacious and comfortable. It provided plenty of choices for both asian and western guests. Overall we enjoyed the stayed and highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visited Kyoto. "
