“The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus and the outside shower. Loved having the beach across the way and loved the porch for morning coffee. Had a perfect stay and would book again. Everyone enjoyed themselves. ”

“I struggle to give our stay a 4, but technically speaking, everything was satisfactory. It was just old and tired. The floors, kitchen, & bathroom were clean, but the BBQ needs a thorough cleaning. The linens & towels were clean but very used. The fabric shower curtain was mildewy (granted there was a new, clean plastic liner). The kitchen supplies (pots, pans etc) were a mix of cracked teflon coated pieces. Screens & screen doors need attention. That said, we’d stay there again because of the……

“This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary……

“We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Just across the street from Kailua beach and a short walk from a beautiful hike to the pillboxes overlooking Lanakai. We couldn't have hoped for a better location! The condo was comfortable - the sheets were soft and there were was plenty of sitting areas in the family room.The lanai provided a nice additional space to sit outside. “Everything was great except the work done by a very rude handyman. We were told it was going to be one day to replace an old rain gutter. That ended up be one two full days. Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. Took lunch on our porch like they owned it and talked loudly in a foreign language for over an hour until i asked them to please not be there. We couldn’t watch TV because it was so loud. I feel we didn’t even have a say to if they could be there and were……

“My brother, and I paid for a two bedroom two bathroom hotel and when we confirmed and paid the pictures showed us a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. When we were trying to check in they had a 1 bedroom apartment this was a complete scam and misrepresentation! I will be reporting this owner to the police and authorities if my money it’s refunded to us we didn’t even stay there! Terrible service ”

“We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. But we were so thrilled to have a great backyard right on the ocean that we did not care. Just an FYI, the front of the house is……

“The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure!”

“We traveled as a group of 15, four families, for ten days in Laie point. The house was so great, room for kids to play, adults played cards, and room for large group meals. Each bedroom had a bathroom with shower for each family to retreat to during the day. The view is unbelievable and the semiprivate beach was so special. No one wanted to leave as it was such a special experience.”
