“Quiter than expected, tasteful decor, clean, comfotable bed and nice linens. Laundry room on the opposite side of the complex is a little sketchy but worked fine except change machine was broken. The little porch and birds sining was lovely. We expected noise from the pool and there was none. Parking can be hit or miss.”

“Lovely atmosphere, great pool, great lanai, comfy bed. Night security would be an asset due to noise at night since nobody was available to address any problems. 2 rolls of TP for 3 weeks, not enough. We were disappointed with Vacasa's exorbitant fees. ”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack.”

“Host were accommodating and friendly! This was a fantastic little place to retreat to at the end of a long day. Greatly appreciated that it was not in a busy area. There are wild chicken and roosters, which we found quite charming. The host do you live upstairs, which we felt great about in case any issues were to arise. All in all it was a wonderful stay for us.”

“The location was excellent for walking around and great access to eating locations. Beaches were not the best for being sandy, soothing on the feet, and refreshing. Too rocky. Loved being able to find things to do. I would do it again but have access to a car to find beaches with more sand.”

“This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. ”
