“Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. Steve, the host, could not have been more gracious and helpful.The grounds are like something out of a botanical garden, with a view of the ocean beyond Kona and spectacular sunsets. “The house is wonderful. Good sized kitchen, big pool, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. We spent most of our time outside in the lanai outside the main level. We had a problem with one of the sliders. Sarah sent handyman Juan to fix it in a timely manner. We used the used gas grill once. Worked good. No problems. The pool and spa was great. We would come back again except for one thing. “The view from the outside deck and the home overall was exceptional. It takes a bit of a drive up some steep hills to get to the house and we had a little bit of a mixup at check-in, but Radu quickly resolved everything and got us into the house ASAP. So many things were provided for inside the home, including snorkel and beach gear, and they thought of everything. My kids loved staying there and it was a central location to explore the entire island from. Highly recommend!”

Besides the fact that it was just as described and just as nice as the pictures posted, the ocean in your backyard, and the most amazing sunsets every night were the best part.
