“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“The swimming pool and gym room are unavailable under covid 19. it is quite expensive without them. The room is nice but not clean, there is a lot of bugs in the room. Some of the pillows are smelly. By the way, This apartment is close to the showground.”

“設備很好，房間很新穎，但其中一間馬桶有嚴重裂痕未修補。另一點是即使我們有付停車位的費用，但很常停不到飯店的車位（已停滿）這點在使用上非常不便，很可惜。 樓下轉角有間超市，購物很方便，飯店對面的台灣小吃非常好吃。”

“Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication. The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise. Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean) Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.”
