“Beautiful Geoffrey Bowa- designed boutique hotel set in a beautifully tended garden. This is our second stay & it didnt disappoint. The staff remembered us after 4 years! Very good service, excellent breakfasts & evening meal. There is a train line running along the bottom of the garden and the train clanks along it every hour or so. We loved the quirkiness of it. Its a gorgeous, peaceful sanctuary. Beautiful beach is just over the railway line. There are bars along the beach to the left for a……

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa 80. Our room was comfy and Henry, his wife and staff couldn't do enough for us. The tranquil garden was a real haven and the pool was a bonus. We weren't far from excellent beaches and the railway station. A tuktuk was available to run us to wherever we wanted to be whether to the local market or local gardens. And the breakfasts were excellent.”

Another attractions after I stayed there .....1/ swimming pool, long enough to swim and not many ppl swim there. 2/ the Squirrel walk around the beaches all the time and they don't afraid of people. “My low rating is aimed mostly at the owner and Hotels.com. I arrived to find that despite having a confirmation the hotel was not expecting me. I had paid upfront so did not agree to rebooking at the time. Instead I called Hotels.com. Extremely negative experience. Asks for confirmation number then says can’t find it and hangs up!! I have other reservations so put those numbers in to try but nothing was recognised. I left the property (which had no other occupants) and logged my complaint……

“Beautiful place, great room and bath!! Amazing property and breakfast. A little far from town or any restaurants. Without a form of transportation you have to arrange a tuktuk or walk far to eat dinner or lunch. Would be 5 star if they servered more meals and had a scooter for rent or bicycles ”

“兎に角最悪。予約及びカード決済も終わってホテルに着くと、予約した部屋の隣に泊まっている客の息子が来るとかでその息子に部屋を貸したので泊まるとこは無いといわれた。さらに、別のホテルを紹介されたがそれは、ドライバーが泊まる部屋で、エアコン無し温水は出ない、部屋はかび臭いととても泊まれる状態ではなく、別のホテルに泊まった。キャンセルを申し出たが、従業員の態度やエクスペディアの知識が乏しく結局煩雑な手続きを踏むことになった。私たちは現地の友人と一緒に行動していたのでまだ救われたが、決して街の繁華街にあるホテルではないのでトラベラーだけでこのようなシュチュエーションに会うと大変なことになると思う。”

“I choose because of cheaper, but worst, i stayed Earl's reef hotel few meters away jsut $10 more, but excellent, please don't chose place because very uncomfortable due lock the gate , No 24×7 secirity, No elevater/life, charge is very similar to 3 star hotel, womem who work there very helpful, myself never that place again”
