“Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa 80. Our room was comfy and Henry, his wife and staff couldn't do enough for us. The tranquil garden was a real haven and the pool was a bonus. We weren't far from excellent beaches and the railway station. A tuktuk was available to run us to wherever we wanted to be whether to the local market or local gardens. And the breakfasts were excellent.”

“the only attraction of this hotel is the wonderful seaview / beach view. the same comment before i book and after i stayed there. Another attractions after I stayed there .....1/ swimming pool, long enough to swim and not many ppl swim there. 2/ the Squirrel walk around the beaches all the time and they don't afraid of people. “Such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property right on a beach that is perfect for swimming. I stayed in a room which faced the ocean. Very private and quiet at night. The host prepared breakfast for me in the morning which was delicious including fresh fruits and homemade juice. The room was extremely clean. I would recommend this to anyone wishing for a clean and relaxing place to stay near Beruwala.”

“Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind okay aber man sieht das Alter. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Frühstück ist eintönig. Es gab immer Früchte, Toastbrot und Omelett. Einmal in 14 gab es Sri Lanka Frühstück. ”
