“We had the most incredible stay at the Bombay Bicycle Club hotel. What a stunning hotel, situated by the most beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Food was delicious and so so fresh. It really was a 5 star stay and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend! ”

“Comfortable stay, we were welcomed by Wasantha who checked us in, with a delicious watermelon juice made by Charana. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful pool and garden area - towels were supplied. The breakfast cooked by Anuradha was delicious - fruit, toast, eggs, tea and coffee. Great value for a very luxurious stay! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Too expensive for that, what you get. The wifi is not working well, also the tv. The rooms got long in the tooth, you can see it especially in the bathroom. I paid 79 euros per night - sorry, that’s ridiculous! I expected so much more!”

“Alles Essen war fantastisch und gegenüber Schweizer Preisen sehr günstig. Zimmer toll, eher etwas klein, langte jedoch. Im Schrank nicht viel Platz. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf‘s Meer. Manchmsl dauerte es etwas sehr lange, bis man das bestellte Essen und die Getränke erhielt. An der Reception sprachen sie eher schlecht englisch. Als wir für einen Ausflug fragten, streckten sie einem nur ein Heft hin. Um eine Adresse zu erfahren, war es sehr mühsam. Jeden Abend tolle Life-Musik bis ca 22……

“Great stay! Very reasonable price so I cannot complain. King bed room on 2nd floor. Right on the beach and property has a pool (I did not use). Wifi is not strong. On the last night, the AC in my room kept saying “EC” and not working. I would’ve told staff if I had noticed it before late in the evening on my last night. Also, did not appear to be hot water in my room, but it’s a very hot climate so the cool water was nice. Did not eat at the restaurant as other options nearby were less costly. ”

“This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! The staff also made sure they did everything to make our stay a lovely one. But sadly, the place wasn’t up to standard. Rooms, toilets and surrounding areas looked worn down. The “white” look in these images - I can guarantee it’s not white. It was more yellowish. Our toilet seat broke while we were there. The place was clean, but it……
