I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang! "
