“We booked a ocean view room, but at first they gave us a room totally not view room, we have to talk to them again to get our right room! Don’t like this service”

“The owner went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Maria the property manager was awesome. Anytime we needed anything she was on it right away. The unit was great, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful being a corner front unit in the ocean tower. There were five adults in our party and unit was very spacious. The 2 new chairs make into twin beds which was great. Had a large wagon with 4 chairs, coolers, floaties, toys for small children. Would definitely come back. Stayed 10……

“It’s nice and clean ”

“We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast. Variety of pools and lagoons for the kids to play in all day. The pools are heated as well. We stayed in a 1-bedroom and altho slightly dated and starting to show a bit of wear - it's Hawaii and we managed just fine. Overall, we would love to go back.”

“My family booked this with a short window and with the listing showing zero reviews, so we were cautiously optimistic that the condo would be as advertised. There were some booking logistics with the owner and Marriott that had to be sorted out, but ultimately we were confident that we had everything we needed. We checked in easily and when we got to the room we were very excited to see the room actually had more amenities than what we were told (namely in unit laundry), and had a killer ocean……

“My whole family enjoyed this resort. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like family. Special shout out to MarilouA at longboards for taking the extra time and getting to know us (really made us feel like family). That set the bar for our trip and we will miss her dearly. Also, Erin was our favorite bartender (longboards), but we also loved Jammy (longboard), and LahelaK (naia bartender). Ka’iwi was also very helpful at the concierge desk and helped us book the best luau experience……

“I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. It was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's expectation. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, but I have to mention the view!! The view on the lanai was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space……
