“Super comfortable home, great location!”

“We, a family of 4 adults, had a great time at Ocean View Condo. The location is excellent, within walking distance of 4 lagoons, and there is a little shopping/restaurant precinct nearby, also within walking distance. There is easy access to Hawaii Interstate 1, so ideally placed for exploring all of Oahu. The condo is beutifully furnished, uncluttered and very practical, with plenty of space for 4 adults. “Nita was a gracious host. The place was clean with plenty of towels, pillows and space for my family. Nita met us at check-in to ensure we were familiarized with the house. Very nice touch. She also met us at checkout to make sure we had a great stay. ”

“We can not express how impressed we were with this home! We stayed there with my 9 year old son and he never wanted to leave the house. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new, well kept and great quality. Golf course, the lagoons and abc store was just minutes away by walking. It is in a gated community, so it was safe for families and not noisy. Every question and request we had, Maria took care of it in minutes. Yes, minutes!!! Checking in and checking out was easy and……

“We spent one month in this condo, and it was perfect for us. Great location with ability to walk to shops, restaurants, and lagoons. Beach wagon and chairs provided were such a nice touch. Condo is just steps from an awesome pool with a hot tub and cabana’s for grilling out. We also rented bikes for ease of getting around. The condo is just as shown in photos and equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful!”

“The Ko’olina area is very beautiful and is away from the crowds in Honolulu. Our condo was very private with a beautiful view. The pool and hot tub were close and very clean. We explored a lot of the island, but our lovely condo was our home base. Very close to our condo was lovely walks along the beach, swimming, and good restaurants. Enjoy!”

However, if you are on vacation and enjoy attractive accommodations and a well appointed living space, I would look elsewhere. It is obvious that this is an investment property whose owners don't visit often. The blinds don't function properly, the cabinets don't close as they should and there is no furniture to sit outside and enjoy coffee in the morning or……
