“We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival Neal gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and the unit so that we knew where everything was. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We had trouble getting any of the bathroom hand soap dispensers to pump out any soap, but otherwise everything worked well. The view off the lanai was magnificent and the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed several sunsets from there. We loved the Ko Olina area as a place to stay on the island.”

“Great place. Great amenities such as high end appliances, washer/dryer and lots of beach gear. It would be nice if someone came to mop mid week and launder towels but other than that, great property!!! Close to amazing restaurants and market. Quiet and safe. ”

“This was our 2nd time staying in the Ko’Olina area, first at Beach Villas as we wanted to stay in 1 villa with the rest of our group. Very clean resort, the check in/ out process was super easy and the host of this unit was responsive when needed. Highly recommend! ”

“All was exactly as previous reviewers have noted. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy this little slice of paradise. We appreciated the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful and uncrowded pools, and the incredible and peaceful lagoon—just a perfect place for our 6 and 3 year old grandchildren. We spent hours enjoying the sun and beautiful water. The beach toys available to guests were an added bonus! Thank you for a very special family vacation. All had a GREAT time. ”

“The condo’s location was very convenient for our first visit to Maui. I wish Disney resort, right across, would tame down their music/luau but at least they shut it off right at 9 pm.The owner, Paul, was very available to commo with. We were there during the T’sunami warning and being on a higher floor weren’t really impacted. The maintenance ppl at the building were very nice. The condo provided decent space for our family of three. All in all a very pleasant experience for my family.”

“A fine place for us. My husband and I rented this one while other family members were in other units. It suited our individual needs, except for the washer/dryer all in one! This was difficult to wash and dry efficiently. Also, no just plain dryer when needed. Short supply on some kitchen utensils and glassware. But, very comfortable and easy access to pool and beach.”
