“The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus and the outside shower. Loved having the beach across the way and loved the porch for morning coffee. Had a perfect stay and would book again. Everyone enjoyed themselves. ”

“Great layout and comfortable. All indoor plants are real and the decor is well done and tasteful.”

“This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary……

“Everything was great except the work done by a very rude handyman. We were told it was going to be one day to replace an old rain gutter. That ended up be one two full days. Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. Took lunch on our porch like they owned it and talked loudly in a foreign language for over an hour until i asked them to please not be there. We couldn’t watch TV because it was so loud. I feel we didn’t even have a say to if they could be there and were……

“Everything about this home was a 10! The layout worked perfectly for my family. This home is situated directly on the beach, with breathtaking views. The master bedroom has a huge picture window that looks out to the beach, and I got the best sleep I have had in 25 years! The interior is all new, with a great kitchen and open layout. The deck is great for gathering to watch the ocean, surfers, and whales that were breaching offshore. I come to this area every year, and this has been my best……

“The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.”

“My brother, and I paid for a two bedroom two bathroom hotel and when we confirmed and paid the pictures showed us a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. When we were trying to check in they had a 1 bedroom apartment this was a complete scam and misrepresentation! I will be reporting this owner to the police and authorities if my money it’s refunded to us we didn’t even stay there! Terrible service ”

“We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. But we were so thrilled to have a great backyard right on the ocean that we did not care. Just an FYI, the front of the house is……

“We had a great, relaxing vacation here. It is a distance from nightlife and restaurants, but the isolation and beauty is tremendous. The house is decently stocked with cookware, dinnerware and sharp knives! There are a couple of local grocery stores nearby, and major shopping is a half hour drive East.The beach directly in front of the house is steep, so the surf hits it fairly hard. A shallower, gentler beach is 100 meters west. On calmer days, we saw residents swimming across the bay at……

“The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure!”

“Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. “Listing accuracy was so/so. Some items included in listing were only available upon request (with response times sometimes being up to 24hrs)Host response time was the biggest issue. Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. Also had to ask host multiple times to fix an incessant beeping coming from a low battery fire alarm on the second floor, to which in the 7 day stay time was never fully addressed or fixed”

“Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful ocean views. The one downfall is that it was out of the way for sight-seeing. It was quite a drive to get anywhere.”

“The home is beautiful and spacious. The beds are soooo comfortable. Loved all the extras like surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkels and more. The beach is less than 2 miles away. We spent most of our time exploring the island but enjoyed having coffee in the back yard watching the sun come up. We didn’t realize that we couldn’t drive straight to the East side or north shore from the property, instead you have to drive south quite a ways to get around the mountains. Wish we had……

“This unit was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The property itself is beautiful and full of fruit trees, chickens, and super friendly dogs. It’s easy to access and the hosts were so great at leaving detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. I highly recommend staying here!”

“The house worked perfectly for us. There were 6 of us; including my husband and myself, one adult son,,and another adult son with his wife and 1 child. There were bathrooms associated with each bedroom we used. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. A nice sandy beach was truly just a 5-minute walk away. And the local property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great time.”
