“The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing!
Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked.

ただエアビーの予約とはエクスペディアからインフォメーションがなかったのでフロントで聞いてびっくりしました。改善点だと思います。ル ームクリーニング、タオル交換は無しでしたがかえってゆっくりできました。チェックインもすぐに出来て、お部屋も綺麗でした。結果良かったです。”

“What we loved- a 7 min walk to the beach. It was like having our own private beach! Barely a person in sight. Family friendly for older kids (7). The yard on the property was wonderful- open grass area that was fenced in for the kids. Great sunset views. And a nice wrap around porch to relax. The inside of the property had a nice floor plan and good for family time. Wonderful large dining table. What could’ve made the stay even better would be a few more amenities such as towels/ beach towels……
