“This property is truly beautiful for and old town. Recently renovated and very nice. The owner was an absolute gem. So sweet, kind and welcoming. The added breakfast was so yummy and so cheap. The location made the challenging walk with luggage from the parking lot a couple blocks away worth it! The bed was comfortable and the space was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. ”

“We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Ik vond het vrij uniek, dat er bij aankomst. De eigenaar er netjes was, zoals afgesproken. Er ook er een fles water pakjes drinken en koffie en thee aanwezig waren. Plus afwasmiddel en een schuursponsje. Ik kon dus gelijk wat drinken, en hoefden niet gelijk naar de winkel. De ligging is super mooi, en midden in het oude centrum. Kortom een aanrader, en dat voor die prijs. Kortom geweldig.”

“We stayed at Civitas for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience . The location in Old Town Was the Best! We can’t say enough about the Staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful we really felt at home here . Our breakfast was amazing lovely area to enjoy the morning as well beautiful view of the harbour . If you don’t like stairs than I would recommend one of the apartments that are all on one level . “Tres charmant hôtel bien situé au cœur de la ville. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre (cheveux dans la salle de bain, mégots de cigarettes dans un cendrier sur la terrasse) et le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement (tasse sale laissée sur le comptoir et dosettes de café non remplacées). Accueil très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.”

“Wir waren mehrmals schon im Bio Beach Boutique Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Team. Wir haben ein neues zu Hause gefunden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Dieses Jahr gibt es ab 18 Uhr leider keine Speisen mehr. Das finde wir sehr schade. Die Qualität im Restaurant am Abend war ebenfalls überzeugend.”
