“L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter l'Est de l'île, l'accès à la plage est top. Pour le reste la nourriture est en mode beach club, donc pour le petit déjeuner mieux vaut aller à la boulangerie pas très loin idem pour le dejeuner/diner allez dans le centre ville. A noter que les photos de l'hôtel sont bien mieux versus la réalité. Les équipements dans les chambres sont obsolètes (douche old school peu de débit, pas de produits shampoo/douche, pas de seche cheveux). L'hôtel fait la promo de son……

“We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. “Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in.”

“This property is located just about 15 minutes walk from downtown. Property is surrounded by nice gardens and olive trees. The most disappointing was stuff, specifically, front desk and owners who run this property. I been traveling frequently, but never in my life I been experiencing that level of unprofessionalism. The front desk check in personal, was a owner too, extremely arrogant, rude, disrespectful The service we as a family received, makes me never ever wanting to visit this……

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Sun Village for 2 weeks. The staff were very friendly, the rooms very clean and the hotel very quiet considering how central it is to Malia.”

“Decent three star resort, rooms are appropriate and clean, food was enough, mostly ok. We missed a more authentic Greek menu. Except for the breakfast coffee and juices, drinks need to be bought, even something as simple as water and ice. All other beach services are separatedly charged including sunbeds and umbrella. “We spent a week at Notos Hotel. The staff is really nice. We were supposed to get a room with "sea view" but we have a room on the ground floor with a few on the floor and people walking to the reception, not amazing because we had to close our curtains every time we were in our room. Bathroom is a bit small, gets wet sometimes the whole day after just one quick shower. Breakfast is nice, good variety but not the most amazing. Pool is nice, a bit cold, and this is not the hotel fault but very……
