“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and efficient. It's located at the hill and you have to walk about 3-5 minutes to hill from the tram station and no Metro station nearby. However, it's good and easy for visitor to walk to one of the famous landmark - Charles bridge and it's about 15-20 minutes. ”

“古典美，房間保養得宜，服務很好，早餐和餐廳晚飯無與倫比。 要改善的是，退房後幾天，我們再往酒店餐廳回味，竟說從沒有幾天吃過的晚餐，被迫點了雙倍價格的晚餐，有點摸不著頭腦。”

“Leuke locatie, dichtbij goede toeristische attracties. De douche was niet echt handig; klein en de douchekop viel steeds naar beneden. Ook was de kamer erg warm. De oordopjes die we kregen bij aankomst waren niet nodig. Leuke plek om nog een keer naar toe te gaan ”
