“Foul weather caused our British Airlines flight to divert to the little town of Bari. We were a plane full of holiday travelers just off-loaded at 8 pm and told by BA - here is your luggage, we will leave in 12 hours, good luck finding accommodations for yourself. Using Expedia I was able to get a room at this hotel pretty quickly. Others in flight not so lucky, hotels were booking up fast as our flight was not the only unexpected aircraft to divert to Bari. “We had a wonderful stay in the “Tabacco” room. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were provided and the air conditioner worked very well. The room is exactly what was pictured on Expedia and was very good value for the money. Breakfast was included at a cute little cafe about a two minute walk from the room. Check in was easy and I was able to contact the owner if needed. I would definitely recommend this room to other travellers!”
