“This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning……

“Maria was absolutely amazing! Every morning, she brought us a fresh breakfast of our choice, right on time. Her home was in impeccable condition, with a secure, covered parking spot conveniently located near the elevator. The location is excellent...a 10 minute drive to one of the biggest and best malls we visited in Italy, and within walking distance of a nice restaurant. Maria went above and beyond, even using her personal time to help me resolve an issue with my cell phone. Her hospitality……

“Foul weather caused our British Airlines flight to divert to the little town of Bari. We were a plane full of holiday travelers just off-loaded at 8 pm and told by BA - here is your luggage, we will leave in 12 hours, good luck finding accommodations for yourself. Using Expedia I was able to get a room at this hotel pretty quickly. Others in flight not so lucky, hotels were booking up fast as our flight was not the only unexpected aircraft to divert to Bari. Baggage, Customs and an insanely……

“My girlfriend and I couldnt have been happier with this rental. The room we stayed in (the Tobacco) was beautiful, clean and spacious and looks just like it does in the online pictures. The property manager was extremely sweet, communicative and welcoming and made everything for us very easy. She emailed me ahead of time to let me know the check in process which was very easy. She was also very nice, checked in on us, offered us restaurant recommendations and even went out of her way to help……
