“Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. “Absolutely fantastic hotel. Easily the best I've ever stayed in! Lovely, friendly staff. Super comfortable bed, in a very spacious and well equipped room. Complementary cold drinks and snacks as well as the coffees in the room. Bathrobes and slippers, lovely toiletries and little touches like a notepad and pencil. Amazing breakfast with pretty much everything you could ask for. Such a great hotel, if I could give it 11 out of 10 I would ❤️”

Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. “The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”
