“The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! “Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. I think this is because the hotel, (they say 'Golf Resort'), does not……

“We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set……

“Absolutely a little gem of a hotel in Entebbe. It sits 40 meters from the shores of lake Victoria with a restaurant literally kissing the water. The atmosphere here is warm friendly and welcoming with a staff that loves their job. The food is delicious and it’s only 15 minutes by car to the airport. Can highly recommend this hotel”

“The staff were very nice. My room was close to the main gate and road and it was very noisy at night making it difficult to sleep. There weren't any shops or restaurants within walking distance. I will not stay here again due to the noise.”
