“My husband and I stayed here for 2 days when we came in from Mississippi for my brothers wedding. Kim was an amazing host. From the minute I booked the place she greeted us and even gave us some suggestions of what to do and see while in Kona. Then once we arrived, it was later than we anticipated, but she helped navigate to where we were to enter. The room was immaculate and even more beautiful than the pictures. The bedsheets were the softest I have ever slept on. She had left notes on where……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The unit on the top floor and overlooks a small beach with beautiful ocean views. It's fun to sit on the lanai and watch the activity at the beach and body boarders and surfers ride the waves out front. The beach is a bit rocky at the entrance so it's not the best spot for casual swimming or snorkeling but there are plenty of places a close drive away for these activities. The unit itself is nicely decorated and well appointed with amenities……

“Location is great for sunset and ocean views. The listing makes it sound like you can walk to the beach from the lanai and that really isn't the case. The condo itself is quiet and well equipped, but there are stains on the couch and carpet, screen door is torn in places, and the beautiful wood doors need a good dusting. Owner responded quickly to an air conditioning issue which seems to be resolved. We enjoyed our stay.stains on the couch”

“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Hali’i Kai condo. This was my second time staying within this community and I love the quiet and roominess of it. It is perfect for two couples or a family and a better deal than getting two rooms at a nearby busy hotel. The pool is great and the food at the pool bar and grill was very good. A special thank you to the owner for the extras that were available including the tennis rackets, beach chairs and towels but especially the bug spray because I had forgotten mine……
