“The design and deco of the hotel is top notch. Room is nicely decorated and thoughtfully design. The renovation done perfectly to maintain the heritage of the building at the same time creating a comfortable living space with the input of luxurious feeling and technology.
However, the staff and service is not up to par with the hardware, especially when you’re not Japanese or caucasian. During check in, the front desk will direct you to a room and while other guest were being carefully explained……
