“My husband and I stayed here for 2 days when we came in from Mississippi for my brothers wedding. Kim was an amazing host. From the minute I booked the place she greeted us and even gave us some suggestions of what to do and see while in Kona. Then once we arrived, it was later than we anticipated, but she helped navigate to where we were to enter. The room was immaculate and even more beautiful than the pictures. “Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

Owner clearly wants you to have a good stay as they included things like trash bags pool noodles 2 beach chairs(one is wonky) fully stocked kitchen bandaids beach towels bug spray sun screen tin foil and a binder with lots of helpful info.
