“Condo was newly renovated and was a comfortable stay. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, etc. Overall it's a great place for a couple to stay in Kona.Reviews saying that parking is bad are semi-true as it's a first come, first serve place without enough spots for all tenants. Just prepare yourself if you come back later in the evening you'll most likely have to park on the side of the road.
