“Our family really enjoyed our stay and still can’t stop talking about the views. The property has a convenient location near grocery stores, Walmart and lots of activities. We can’t wait to return!”

Had a bit of an ant problem to start the trip that somehow got into sealed bagels, so take the signs about leaving food out seriously. “This house is exactly as described. Room for 8 (if 2 are thin and short or are children). The host is very communicative and helpful. The check in and check out process is very easy. There are games in the basement and the host has a whole shed of snorkels, fins, chairs, beach equipment, etc. Really great if you've come from far and obviously couldn't pack your own.Why this house might not be for you: it is rural. If you want to go to Kona it's 1 to 1 1/2 hours away. Volcanoes NPS is about 2……

“Family of 10 was just right for this property, everyone had a bed including the pull-out couch. Enjoyed the sunsets everyday, lots of room on the balcony with a solar LED umbrella and BBQ. Some dirty pots on arrival and towels were pretty musty, corrected with cleaning, no big deal.Sliding balcony/patio doors need some maintenance as well as some windows but manageable. Parking was great for two vehicles, road in front is pretty steep but normal for the area. Would stay again for sure. ”

“Our family reunion could not have happened without Jim and Cyndie’s beautiful townhome and great communication. Ideal location for anyone who wants to fall asleep to the ocean, as I do. Everything is provided, and the amenities were wonderful. We love this particular complex and 177 is perfect in every way ”

“This property was the perfect home base for our Big Island adventures! We especially enjoyed coffee each morning while sitting out on the front porch watching birds, geckos and the occasional neighborhood cat play amongst the plumeria and hibiscus. The yard is small but faces a private, gated drive and there is there is ample patio furniture. ”

“This was an ideal property for a large group. While each floor was self contained, we always gathered together either outside or on the second or third floor every morning and evening. Although the property was right on Ali’i Drive the night time road noises were practically nonexistent. In fact if you are a fan of falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the surf, this property is for you. The small market across the street was a huge bonus. ”

“We booked a stay at this special listing for our family vacation with our adult children and their spouses. Each felt the property was a highlight of our trip. Coffee in the morning by the pool overlooking the oceanfront was a favorite of everyone. The pool and lounging was wonderful. The open air environment was great. Be sure to use the fans at night for extra airflow. Kitchen was well stocked. And the tour of the property at Check-in was very helpful. Also the property is located in a gated……
