“This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. ”

“Our stay has been absolutely fabulous. The place was a perfect fit for our group of 8 a Mixed of adults and teens. Super clean and super cute place. It rained during our stay and we were sad we couldn't enjoying the beautiful patio area. Easy to find and easy directions from host. We would definitely book again. ”

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Great communication with the owner. Location is 2 blocks from the light rail station and right next to Miss America Diner for an amazing breakfast and atmosphere. I loved my stay. ”

“Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. “We only stayed two nights in the property and spent very little time there since we were attending a celebration nearby. The location was great, the unit was spacious and comfortable and very very clean. The beds were terrific. We did not take advantage of the pool or the lovely ground outside, but it looks like a very relaxing place to stay and spend some time. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast Buffet, but that looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.”
