“Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.”

“This property was perfect for our family vacation. 10 people stayed 9 nights at the house. The house, pool, hot tub, yard, and waterfront views was amazing, even better than we expected. “We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in this beautiful Kanaloa Kona condo for about a week, waking up and having breakfast on the lanai was always the best start to the day. The views are wonderful. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with all items we would need for a great stay. “Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). “We stayed here for 9 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Avi made us feel completely welcome. The home was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we needed. “Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere!
