“We arrived after midnight and did not have to check-in. Our host made sure that security knew we would be arriving late. At 1:00am it is nice not to have to wonder where the office is. The accommodation was spotless, highly maintained, and comfortable. The resort is about 30 minutes south of Kona so it feels like a home, not a tourist place. The host responds within minutes. “This property was perfect for our family vacation. 10 people stayed 9 nights at the house. The house, pool, hot tub, yard, and waterfront views was amazing, even better than we expected. We ate majority of our meals at the house as the views were better that any restaurant or any luaus. The house, pool, and yards are very well maintained. “When looking at staying for 7 days in Kona for an adult family of 4 we looked at resorts and we looked at vacation rentals. This property kept coming up and the only reason I didn’t book sooner was because it wasn’t directly on the water. There is a golf hole between the backyard of this property and the ocean. But the price was great for the amenities. The home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, it has a great master bedroom and bathroom. It has all of the stuff you need in the kitchen.……

“We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in this beautiful Kanaloa Kona condo for about a week, waking up and having breakfast on the lanai was always the best start to the day. The views are wonderful. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with all items we would need for a great stay. "The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are very good, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the washing and drying equipment are very good! It is a very favorite accommodation for our family! The view outside the window is also very good!"
