“Our family had visited the Big Island 21 years ago and loved the experience then. We love the quiet laid back experience of sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean. The facilities are great and the shopping center is within walking distance while Kailua is a short drive. Snorkeling at the beach is also a quick walk as well. ”

“Nice complex of condos, quiet, clean, good location. Condo itself was well set up for two couples, and a loft. Furnishings a little tired but otherwise well stocked kitchen and tons of beach/pool stuff. Owners were very accommodating to allow of late check out - nice bonus for us. ”

“The views can't be beat. The location of the condo is close to all the amenities that are on site. It does have everything you could need for the stay, I've rented other places that don't provide things like garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap and I brought some with me and didn't have to use it. ”

“The condo was very nice. A great location for visiting family up the hill, close to a very friendly grocery store. A full time resident has cleared a rock-free entrance underwater at the south side of the beach on the north side of the properties. Good swimming if you go in there. We did have very loud upstairs neighbors who had rented from another agency we- tried to resolve it with the onsite manager but failed. “I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

“It's a nice spacious condo, located on lovely grounds with several pools and tennis courts onsite. It's a short walk (5 minute or less) to Keauhou Bay where there is a lovely view of the sunset and easy access to snorkeling tours, including the amazing Manta Ray Night Snorkel, offered by several companies. “The condo suited our needs. Overall, nice place to stay. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the goats cavorting on the golf course. We found the kitchen was severely limited on food storage space. The sidewalk and entry were poorly lit. Living room furniture was uncomfortable.”
