“My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate.”

The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. “Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! “The house is wonderful. Good sized kitchen, big pool, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. We spent most of our time outside in the lanai outside the main level. We had a problem with one of the sliders. Sarah sent handyman Juan to fix it in a timely manner. We used the used gas grill once. Worked good. No problems. The pool and spa was great. We would come back again except for one thing. “Location, location, location! This comfortable and well-stocked condo sits right above the wave action on the rocks. (You will miss that sound when you go home.) A small, almost private black-rock beach is a quick walk to the north end of the complex. (Locals like this spot. So do the sea turtles.) “A hidden gem! This suite was the absolute best spot to spend our week on the Big Island. Paul and Kay were excellent hosts. Paul greeted us as we arrived and answered questions as they arose. The pool and hot tub, along with the quiet backyard, provided the perfect oasis for a week of relaxing in the sun. The suite had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable.
