“This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they……

“Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.”

“It is an amazing place to stay!!!! The pool was clean there is a sand area with chairs! Amazing view on the sunset!! The apartment was clean! I highly recommend it!”

“Absolutely loved this condo. The location was great, accessing it was easy and loved that the parking was just outside the building. It was also very quiet and didn’t feel like it was directly in the “tourist” resort area, which I loved. The inside is renovated and had multiple AC units, which was great after a long day out and about in the sun. There was ample space and it was so nice having 2 bathrooms. The property management company was very communicative and made it super easy to check……

“1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure. ”
