“Everything was great we got to check in ourselves we came early and they let us check in early. The service when we had a problem was answered fast through the app. The Kona Bali staff was also very pleasant and very diligent. The only thing was the washer and the ac weren’t working and that would have helped a lot, but they had a laundry room for residents that we were able to use but it did cost money.. keep change on hand or use the app they have which totally saved us. The pool and jacuzzi……

“You can't beat the view from the lanai! It's a great location for venturing with plenty of options nearby, or a good base for exploring the entire island. Everything in the unit was clean and worked. The property itself is showing its age and wear. Some reviews have mentioned the road noise, but that isn't a distraction if you're not trying to sleep in .... and there's too much to see and do on the island to spend time sleeping in. “The property was beautiful and the condo was well kept and clean. The pool was seriously a minute walk from the condo. The private beach club access was wonderful and super close. The beach was safe with lifeguards on duty. Also there was a restaurant to order food and restrooms close at hand. The front office was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions that came up and with such a great spirit. We would stay there again!”
